Refund policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return, for any reason. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@sessions-furniture.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Orders

We are unable to accept returns on customised pieces – items made to bespoke dimensions or with custom colours and patterns – as these are produced specifically for you. Please get in touch before placing a custom order if you have any questions.

Natural Variation

Sessions Furniture pieces are hand-crafted in terrazzo. Natural variation in colour, pattern, and veining is inherent to the material and does not constitute a defect. We consider this part of the character of each piece.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Reach us at info@sessions-furniture.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@sessions-furniture.com.
