All Sessions Furniture pieces are made to order. This means your item is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. We appreciate your patience and believe the wait is worth it.
Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders in Europe. For orders outside Europe, shipping fees may apply. Please get in touch with us at info@sessions-furniture.com for more information. No minimum order value applies.
Production & Delivery Time
Please allow 8–10 weeks from the date of your order for production and delivery. This timeframe covers the making of your piece as well as transit to your destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to production complexity, carrier schedules, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. We will keep you informed if any significant delay arises.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via standard international couriers including DHL and FedEx. The carrier used will depend on your location and the nature of your order.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the carrier.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside Switzerland, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

All furniture is carefully packed in protective materials to ensure it arrives safely at your door.
About Our Materials
Sessions Furniture pieces are made using terrazzo, crafted entirely by hand. Each piece is therefore unique – colours, patterns, and veining will naturally vary from the images shown on our website. We consider this part of the character and beauty of the material.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@sessions-furniture.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
